Lets Teepee and Partee agrees that, in line with Government legislation and guidance, business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work, and suitable protection measures for clients and us, and good disinfecting procedures for equipment.
Use of the hire equipment must be enjoyed by the householder bubble only or within keeping with government guidelines of households mixing at the time of the party being held. Where customers are found in breach of this, Lets Teepee and Partee reserve the right to immediately arrange collection of the equipment.
Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use.
Adequate PPE, namely gloves and a mask, will be worn on delivery, set-up and collection by staff from Lets Teepee and Partee.
Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned / disinfected before it can be rehired.
Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will be sprayed with disinfectant spray and left for 72 hours before re-use.
Bedsheets, duvets, duvet covers, blankets and mattress protectors cushion covers, cushion protectors provided for the sleepover, will be washed and placed in a fastened bag 72 hours prior to delivery.
The customer must notify Lets Teepee and Partee, in advance of delivery, if there are any members of the household, social bubble or party members who have tested positive for Covid 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire or during hire.
Lets Teepee and Partee will also notify the client if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises.
All payments must be made electronically in order to comply with the non-contact guidance that is currently advised.
Necessary arrangements should be made by the customer to ensure that there is a clear path to the site of set up. We ask that no one except Lets Teepee and Partee staff should be the immediate vicinity of the designated area whilst setting up to allow for social distancing to take place.
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to inform neighbours where access to the property is shared.
