Terms and Conditions

1. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to take a duty of care and supervise all children at all times with our equipment. 
2. Lets Teepee and Partee do not take any responsibility of any of the children at the parties.
3. All items are for hire only and remain property of Lets Teepee and Partee.
4. Lets Teepee and Partee recommend the minimum child age is 5 years. Younger children may join in at the you, the customers discretion. It is the responsibility of you the customer to supervise the children at all times.
5. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to check if any of the children have any food or skin allergies. Lets Teepee and Partee do not take any responsibility for any allergic reactions including skin and food reactions.
6. Some produce used may contain traces of nuts or may have been made in a factory that handles nuts. Please do not book any of our food add on's if anyone has a nut allergy.
7. We ask that customers do not allow their pets of any kind onto our equipment. 
8. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure that no naked flames or matches or candles are near our equipment. Although they are all CE tested, they are still flammable and must be kept away from fire.  
9. The Customer is responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of inappropriate use or misuse or reckless use of any of Lets Teepee and Partees equipment.
10. Smoking is strictly forbidden around our equipment. We do regret that we cannot allow parties where smoking takes place within the house. This poses a fire risk and smoke damage to our equipment. If it is found that our equipment has been exposed to smoke, we will have to invoice you to replace them. 
11. Please do not allow any slime in or around our equipment as this can stain very easily. We also request that any make up is removed before climbing into the bedding and that any glow sticks are checked for leaks before being taken onto the bedding or in the tents.  
12. We recommend 221cm by 112cm for each single tent,  please ensure you have enough space before booking. We also ask that you move any furniture before our arrival as regrettably we are unable to help with moving furniture.  
13. All pictures are for illustration purpose only and items may vary slightly within keeping of the theme.
14. All bookings require a £30 deposit, to secure your date. This will be deducted from the final balance due at least 1 week prior to your sleepover/party. 
15. Some dates may have a minimum of 2 nights hire required.
16. Lets Teepee and Partee require 7 days' notice of cancellations. Any cancellations will loose their deposit. Any cancellations within 7 days will be charged at 50% of the total party cost.
17. If you need to change the date of your party, we will try our best to accommodate and will need at least 7 days’ notice.  
18. Lets Teepee and Partee shall process all data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR.
19. No information given from your booking will be disclosed to any third party.
20. It is not the intention of Lets Teepee and Partee to violate any copyright laws and all themes are only inspired by popular trends.
21. Lets Teepee and Partee reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of any conditions by the customer.
22. Lets Teepee and Partee take no liability or responsibility for any reactions, injury's or death caused by use of our equipment.
23. Lets Teepee and Partee take no liability or response to damage to the customers property caused during the hire duration.
24. Lets Teepee and Partee has Public Liability Insurance.

Lets Teepee and Partee agrees that, in line with Government legislation and guidance, business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work, and suitable protection measures for clients and us, and good disinfecting procedures for equipment. 

Use of the hire equipment must be enjoyed by the householder bubble only or within keeping with government guidelines of households mixing at the time of the party being held.  Where customers are found in breach of this, Lets Teepee and Partee reserve the right to immediately arrange collection of the equipment. 

Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use. 

Adequate PPE, namely gloves and a mask, will be worn on delivery, set-up and collection by staff from Lets Teepee and Partee.

Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned / disinfected before it can be rehired. 

Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will be sprayed with disinfectant spray and left for 72 hours before re-use.

Bedsheets, duvets, duvet covers, blankets and mattress protectors cushion covers, cushion protectors provided for the sleepover, will be washed and placed in a fastened bag 72 hours prior to delivery. 

The customer must notify Lets Teepee and Partee, in advance of delivery, if there are any members of the household, social bubble or party members who have tested positive for Covid 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire or during hire. 

Lets Teepee and Partee will also notify the client if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. 

All payments must be made electronically in order to comply with the non-contact guidance that is currently advised.  

Necessary arrangements should be made by the customer to ensure that there is a clear path to the site of set up. We ask that no one except Lets Teepee and Partee staff should be the immediate vicinity of the designated area whilst setting up to allow for social distancing to take place.  

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to inform neighbours where access to the property is shared.
