Is there a minimum age for the sleepovers?

There's no minimum age however we would recommend from age 5+

How much room do I need?

Each teepee requires a space of 185cm long X 112cm wide. If you would like the tray in front of the teepee please allow a further 36cm (221cm lenght in total). If you do not have the extra space then we can place the tray on top of the bed.

When is payment taken?

We require a deposit of £50 at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days before your party.

What if I need to cancel?

If you do have to cancel your booking please advise us as soon as possible. Any cancellations 8 days or more before your party date will be loss of deposit. Any cancellations within 7 days of the party once the full balance is paid are charged at 50% of the total booking cost.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas within the BH postcode for some postcodes within BH we do charge a small delievry fee, if this applies we will advise at the time of enquiry. For areas outside of BH please enquire with us and we will see if it is possible, there may be a small additional delivery charge.

How long does it take to set up?

It takes approximately 1-2 hours deoending on your party size, take down is much quicker.
